Return & Refund Policy
At Lakeside Label, we care deeply about your shopping experience. Every men’s sweater we create is designed with comfort, quality, and timeless style in mind. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want you to feel confident knowing that returning your order is simple, straightforward, and fair.
Return Eligibility – 30 Days
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at info@lakesidelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and if possible, photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request and provide clear return instructions, including the return address.
Please note: unless your item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds – 10 Business Days
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original method of payment used at checkout.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been approved and processed.
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We’re happy to help if you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This includes items that are visibly worn, damaged after delivery, or missing original tags and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
